2.2.8 Crash and bug fixes

Added:

-Added door to purchasable house in Etrereburg

Removed/Fixed:

-Fixed all Etrereburg door transfers so they lead you in proper house and locations

-Fixed issue with occasionally walking into hay main house in prologue/tutorial house

-Fixed crash when trying to sell Dynamite

Update:

-Updated the tutorial island prison explanation to new version of prison

-Cooking Waste now can be used in fishing

-Updated background music while fishing to be more calm and soothing
