Update is out 0.7.10 per request
Hello people! I see lot of traffic on itchio during the sale and lot's of downloads. I'm really glad about that! I also got few messages from people to push up new update because of some spells that aren't working and that command inputs are too long for weaker spells, so here it is. I did plan to work a bit more on the update but since people asked for it and I fixed a lot of issues that where preventing game play, I decide to push it early. Sadly, I didn't work on any new stuff, except for flavor sounds and few mechanics. I did add ~20 new events to the game, so this update isn't content focused.
⦁ NOTE: It came to attention to me that people didn't know that starting areas for few classes are placeholders. Hope this clears it up.
⦁ NOTE2: You might have to start new game, but still try to copy/paste save file to new build to try to continue if want. But I do suggest to start new game since there is now a difficulty system, few spells, quests and enemies that work properly.
⦁ Reduced amount of game resolutions to pick from.
⦁ Added HUD pictures to status, inventory, equip, spell scenes.
⦁ Did some spell check around the game. There are still a lot of areas to do.
⦁ Reduced amount of inputs for spells
⦁ Fixed the Premium Travel Ticket to say location names in Woodpine stables
⦁ Added Escape penalty - Now when you escape a battle you will get a small XP reduction.
⦁ Added Difficulty System - Now you can chose how you want to play the game. From Easy to Torment the enemies will have stats to make you walk pass them like a breeze or crush your very soul. (NOTE: You might need to start new game. Sorry) Later on I will make that different difficulty enemy have different spells
⦁ Fixed Cleric's Concentrate spell so it restores MP to him not enemy.
⦁ Fixed Cultist Demon Barrier spell to do 150HP dmg to him instead whole party.
⦁ Fixed Sellsword's Hold the Line spell to add DEF and MDF to him isntead of enemies.
⦁ Fixed Sellsword's Savage Strikes to give it to him instead of enemy.
⦁ Fixed Sellsword's Art of War spell to increase/reduce his own atk or def instead of non existent party member.
⦁ In spell's descriptions, moved the Cool down timer a bit so it don't stand on the text.
⦁ Fixed Cultist's Drain Mana spell
⦁ Added Final Sacrifice spell to Cultist that I forgot to add.
⦁ Fixed Cultist's Curse of Madness to target 2 enemies.
⦁ Fixed Cultist's Curse of Greed to apply debuff after every conditional check works and increased cool down from 6 -> 16.
⦁ Added Curse of Pride 2-3 turns instead 1-3.
⦁ Paladins Blessing of Wisdom now uses MP instead TP.
⦁ Paladins Martyr/Sainthood now kills him when cast.
⦁ Paladins Exorcism now does damage as intended.
⦁ Paladins Fanatics Zeal spell now works as intended by forcing Paladin to attack two random targets team or enemy.
⦁ Rangers Camouflage spell now uses TP instead of MP.
⦁ Rangers Beast Within now uses TP instead of MP
⦁ Rangers Multi Shoot description changed form Adds to Attacks
⦁ Fixed Holly Scriptures description.
⦁ Added state icon to Clerics spell Guardian Spirit and added 1-2 turns instead to end of battle.
⦁ Fixed blitz commands for Clerics Bless spell.
⦁ Fixed Game Over screen to fit screen.
⦁ Fixed intro logo to fit screen.
